West Virginia was so pretty. We were in West Virginia on Easter and we did our traditional Easter scavenger hunt. It was a little different this year because we are in a trailer and not on our 75 acres but it was still super fun. We had to go find our different pieces of paper with a clue on it. We went all around our campsite and it was fun, we found our gifts in the car, i got a basketball, some candy, a game, and more.
We went to a new national park that just became a national park about less then a year ago. It’s call New River Gorge National park. It was super pretty, we went on a few hikes that totaled about 5 miles. The views were amazing, the weather was a little hot but it felt good. There was cool rock formations, there was also some ice in some areas which was crazy. My favorite part was that there was water drops falling from the cliffs onto the trail so i would stand beneath there and I would try to catch the water drops into my mouth, it was so much fun, i could do that all day, and the water was really refreshing and nice. It was funny because some of the water drops hit me in my eyes or just my face but i did get a lot in my mouth. I defiently would recommend to go to the New River Gorge national park in West Virginia.
We also played some basketball after our hike with my new basketball. It was super fun, we played pig, 21, and more, we also tried the basketball and water bottle trick. I got so hot and sweaty but it was a lot of fun and it was a crazy game and time.
